Pay through Stripe. Your payment is collected by CarnivalX and held until you confirm the item arrived as described. Sellers are paid out after you confirm receipt.
Follow collection, shipping or digital transfer from your transaction. Shipping costs are paid at checkout and used toward delivery — they are not paid directly to the seller.
Confirm handover to release the seller's payout (sale price minus Marketplace Fee). Until then, funds remain on the platform.
Open a dispute if something isn't right — our team will review and may issue a refund from platform-held funds.
