1. When a refund applies
If an item doesn't arrive, or arrives significantly not as described, you may be eligible for a refund by opening a dispute within the protection window before confirming receipt.
2. How to request one
Open a dispute from your transaction and include clear details and photos. Our team reviews evidence from both buyer and seller and may issue a refund or release the seller's payout.
3. What isn't covered
Buyer's remorse, change of plans, minor variations clearly disclosed in the listing, and off-platform transactions are not eligible for a refund.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Tickets
Event tickets transferred digitally are treated as delivered once transferred. Disputes for tickets are reviewed case by case based on the evidence provided.
