CarnivalX ships across the UK, US, Europe and the Caribbean — wherever Carnival takes you. Every order travels tracked, and high-value orders require signature on delivery under Buyer Protection.
Buyers pay shipping at checkout using live carrier rates based on package size, origin and destination. After payment, sellers create labels through CarnivalX with tracking attached automatically.
Your delivery address is kept private from sellers. CarnivalX sends it to the carrier when a label is created. Sellers receive the printable label and tracking number only — similar to Vinted.
Collection-only and handover options are free — arranged directly between buyer and seller. No shipping is charged at checkout.
If something arrives damaged or not as described, open a dispute from your transaction page. Buyer protection and platform-held payments apply while your order is in progress.
