This policy sets out what we expect from sellers on CarnivalX so buyers can trade with confidence.
1. Accurate listings
Describe items honestly, including size, condition and what's included. Use real photos of the actual item where possible.
2. Authenticity
Only list authentic items you have the right to sell. Counterfeit or misrepresented items will be removed and may result in account action.
3. Fulfilment
Once payment is received, arrange transfer or delivery promptly and keep proof. Communicate with the buyer through CarnivalX messaging.
4. Payouts
Payouts are released to your connected account after the buyer confirms receipt, minus the platform fee. Connect your payout account in Settings.
5. Cancellations & refunds
If you can't fulfil an order, cancel promptly so the buyer can be refunded. Repeated cancellations may affect your standing.
